Life At Work Awards 2023

The LIFE AT WORK Awards (LAWA) is an annual event by TalentCorp, to celebrate employers with progressive workplace strategies that demonstrate their commitment to the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) agenda in line with the demands of the Future of Work, Workplace and Workforce. It was organised for 7 years consecutively from 2013 to 2019.

From 2020 to 2022, the awards were put on hold in consideration of the challenges faced during the pandemic. In 2023, TalentCorp decided to revive its prestigious awards night, and hired Star Media Group Events to organise this momentous occasion.

On October 18, 700 guests at M Resort and Hotel in Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, cheered and celebrated companies that included those from financial services, professional services, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, global business services, healthcare, fast-moving consumer goods, retail, tourism and information technology during the awards ceremony.

The event was also an opportunity for attendees to network and foster a thriving business ecosystem. Guests were treated to a sumptuous dinner accompanied by classic and contemporary songs by Hazel Leong and Friends, while stand-up comedian Gajen Nad got the crowd laughing with his jokes, and Aurora School of Dance presented a mixed cultural performance.
